VYVGART is the first FDA-approved treatment for adults with anti-AChR antibody positive generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). This project was a continuation on my explainer video work for this product. For this round, I was asked to design some variations on the human characters used in the add that could be used in a further set of animations.
The animation studio was hoping to be able to adapt and reuse some of the original hand animated sequences from the human character, so I was asked to generate character variations with similar proportions to the original silhouette character to make the animation adaptation go quickly.
In addition to the human silhouettes, I was also asked to design a few new body structures, matching the look and feeling of the other established biological characters.

Biological Characters:
We added the following characters to the biological lineup:
macrophages - A type of white blood cell that surrounds and kills microorganisms, removes dead cells, and stimulates the action of other immune system cells.
cytokines - proteins released by the body to signal the immune system to spring into action.
Immunoglobulin M (IgM) - a kind of antibody created by the immune system to fight an infection.
